      Bar Service $150 plus gratuities, Servers are $20 an hour, Cooks quoted with food service. Responsible Alcohol Management certified bartenders and an experienced catering serve staff for each event. Amount of staffing required and pricing based on event count and foods prepared.

      Added decorations, flowers, cakes and other baked goods, podiums, P.A. systems, photographers/ video, linens, entertainment, fine china, canopies, motel, and most other services can be arranged by us and quoted.     • CITRUS TEA PUNCH

      • 6 cups water, divided
      • 1/2 cup sugar
      • 3 whole cloves
      • 2 family-sized tea bags
      • 1 (3-inch) cinnamon stick
      • 1 cup orange juice
      • 1 (6-ounce) can thawed lemonade concentrate, undiluted ice
      • Lemon slices (optional)

      Can be made Alchoholic by adding Citrus Vodka

    • DELUXE RUM PUNCH

      • 3/4 cup golden or amber rum
      • 1/2 cup coconut rum
      • 1/4 cup apricot brandy
      • 1 cup pineapple juice
      • 3/4 cup orange juice
      • 1/4 cup pink grapefruit juice

      Garnish: Limes, sliced

    • PRETTY IN PINK SANGRIA

      • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
      • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
      • 2 (750 milliliter) bottles chilled rose wine, such as white Zinfandel
      • 2 cups pineapple juice
      • 1 liter ginger ale

      Original recipe makes 1 gallon

    • TEQUILA PUNCH

      • 1 quart (4 cups) tequila
      • 4 750-ml. (about 13 cups) bottles sauterne
      • 1 750-ml. (about 3 1/4 cups) bottle champagne
      • Simple syrup
      • 8 cups fresh melon balls or cubes and/or a Lime Ice Mold

      Chill all ingredients well before mixing.

    • MINT JULEP PUNCH

      • 1 cup mint jelly
      • 4 cups water
      • 1 750-ml. (3 1/4 cups) bottle bourbon • 6 cups pineapple juice
      • 1/2 cup lime juice
      • 7 cups lemon-lime soda
      • Ice mold

      Chill all ingredients well before mixing.

    • WHITE SANGRIA

      • 1/2 cup peach schnapps
      • 1/2 cup cognac
      • 1/4 cup white sugar
      • 4 oranges, sliced into rounds
      • 2 mangos, peeled and sliced
      • 4 (750 milliliter) bottles dry white wine, chilled
      • 1 liter ginger ale, chilled

      Original recipe makes 1 gallon
